Mr. THOMASasked the Minister of Health whether approved societies under the National Health Insurance Acts are 290W concerned at the absence of any indication of the Governments intention with regard to an increase of the Stale sickness benefits to insured persons, and also as to an increase in the administration allowance which is to-day inadequate and leaves many societies with deficits; and whether he is now in a position to make a statement as to the Government's intention on these questions?
§ Dr. ADDISONThe Bill which I introduced yesterday provides for an increase in the health insurance contributions and cash benefits which will render possible an increase in the amount allowed for administration.
