§ Mr. WILKIEasked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Admiralty whether over 60 per cent. of the total employés in His Majesty's dockyard at Gibraltar are not British subjects; whether, in view of the present discharges from His Majesty's dockyards in the United Kingdom and the desirability of employing British subjects in all His Majesty's dockyards as far as practicable, he is prepared to consider the desirability of employing a larger percentage of British subjects at Gibraltar?
