Brown, No. 95,155, Royal Army Medical Corps, may claim that paragraph 2 of Army Order XVIII. of 1918 became operative on 3rd March, 1919, and held good until cancelled on 13th May, 1919, by Army Order 197 for the purposes of acting rank and pay?
