Member for the Duddeston Division of Birmingham, Sir Aubrey Symonds (of the Ministry of Health), and Mr. P. B. Moodie (of the Scottish Office). The terms of reference are to consider the operation of the Rent 53W Restriction Acts and to advise what steps should be taken to extend, continue, or amend those Acts.
