Rowe, No. 51,977, King's Own Lancaster Regiment, Richmond Barracks, Dublin, and if it is possible for this purchase to be completed at an early date since, owing to the father's health having broken down and Private Rowe being the eldest son, he is really the only one to whom his parents can look to for support, and that work has been promised to him on release?
