§ Mr. JAMES BROWNasked the Minister of Transport whether he is aware that the Caledonian Railway Company have the largest percentage of clerks in the lowest grade of any railway company in Great Britain; that the company have not yet fulfilled that part of the agreement which provides for the appointment of a special committee to hear appeals for re-classification, although most of the other companies have set up the required machinery and have disposed of appeals; and whether he will make representations on this matter to the Caledonian Railway Company, which has been expending large sums on other projects?
