§ Mr. RAMSDENasked the Prime Minister when he intends to carry out his pledge made in November, 1918, and further confirmed in July, 1919, by the Leader of the House of Commons, announcing the early dissolution of the Board of Liquor Control; and the date on which he intends to bring in a Bill to set up commissions to take the Board's place and remove or modify the irksome restrictions on intoxicating liquors which are now in vogue and are causing much dissatisfaction throughout the country?
