§ Dr. ADDISONI regret that I am unable to give the information asked for in the first part of the question. As regards the second part of the question, under the proposals of the Bill the increases under paras. (c) and (d) of Clause 2 (1) will not be chargeable if on production of a certificate of the sanitary authority, or otherwise, the Court is satisfied that they should be suspended.
