§ Sir A. WILLIAMSONThe amount provided for the British forces in Egypt and the Sudan under all heads of Army Estimates for the current financial year, exclusive of pension charges, is £7,543,000. Towards this sum Egypt pays an annual contribution of £150,000, fixed in 1907; but the amount of this contribution is under review.
