§ Major CAYZERasked the Minister of Labour whether it has been brought to his notice that members of the disabled soldiers' and sailors' commercial class at the Municipal College, Portsmouth, 422W when applying for employment are experiencing great difficulty through being unable to produce references showing their previous experience; and whether it is possible for some arrangements to be made for them to obtain experience in Government or local public offices to enable them to compete with other clerks in civil life?
