MONDAs an alternative to a lease the Commissioners of Chelsea Hospital have offered to place Burton Court at the disposal of my Department free of charge until the 1st July, 1924, subject to an undertaking that no additional buildings shall be erected and that all existing buildings shall be evacuated by that date.
