§ Mr. SHORTTI have received in draft a copy of the bye-laws proposed to be made by the Local Education Authority for Hastings. The bye-laws will be published in due course before they are finally submitted to me for confirmation; and any objections which have already been 73W made or may be made within the period of 30 days after publication will receive full consideration.
