§ Mr. SUGDENasked the Secretary of State for War if copies of the physique records of each county, city, and county borough in Great Britain of recruits received therefrom between August, 1914, and August, 1918, could be supplied on request from such counties, cities, and towns, on condition such request was preferred by the medical officer of health of such places for the purpose of considering schemes to improve the physique of the inhabitants?
