Mr. HARMSWORTHThe Home Office are fully alive to the necessity for vigilance with regard to Bolshevik propaganda, but, owing to the large number of similar documents in the possession of His Majesty's Government, it has not been found possible to identify the particular document referred to by the hon. Member.
