HC Deb 07 July 1920 vol 131 c1480W
Sir A. WARREN

asked the Postmaster-General if he can give an answer to the claims of the supervising messengers of London, Edinburgh, and Dublin, set forth in a memorial of the Junior Supervising Officers' Association, dated 20th May, 1919, as the delay is causing great dissatisfaction seeing that other memorials of a later date have been dealt with?

Mr. ILLINGWORTH

The position of these and corresponding classes in Government Departments generally is under consideration; and it is not practicable to deal with the claims advanced in the Post Office independently of those affecting other Departments.
