§ Sir A. MONDThe answer to the first part of the question is in the affirmative. The premises are required to house a staff of approximately 500 of the Ministry of Health, some of whom will be transferred from premises to be surrendered and the remainder will be employed in connection with the Census of 1921. Accommodation is also required for Census records. The cost of adaptation is estimated at £5,830.
