§ Mr. FISHERI imagine that a discussion of the effect of the adoption of the scales of salaries recommended by the Burnham Committee, and of the relation of the pay of men and women teachers, would be relevant to the Board's Estimates, and there are other ways in which the latter issue can be raised. I am not prepared to take the course suggested.
