Martens and Company, Limited; and what is the reason for the delay in payment?
Mr. CHAMBERLAINThe reply to the first part of the hon. Member's question is in the affirmative. The case is one in which some enquiry was found to be necessary. That enquiry has, however, now been completed and repayment has been authorised.
