Mr. CAMPBELL

asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer (1) whether in the coming Budget he will consider the advisability of putting a graduated tax on the employment of domestic servants, especially male servants;

(2) Whether in the coming Budget he will consider the advisability of putting a graduated tax on all meals above a certain amount in hotels, clubs and restaurants?
