§ Mr. ILLINGWORTHI am not aware that any considerable number of parcels, insured or uninsured, sent by the troops in Mesopotamia and the East to this country go astray; but if the hon. Member has any specific cases in mind, and he will furnish me with details, I shall be glad to have enquiries made.
