§ Mr. CHURCHILLOnly three Metropolitan Asylums Board institutions are not yet handed back to that Board—the Tooting Grove, the Lower Southern Hospital at Dartford, and the Orchard Hospital at Dartford. These three hospitals are empty or in process of being evacuated, and will be finally handed over on the 29th of this month. It is understood that for the purposes of accommodation for civilian infectious cases, the number of beds in these three institutions is reckoned at 1,947.
