§ Mr. McCURDYIn the case of certain commodities controlled by the Ministry of Food, such as sugar, bacon and butter, delivery in this country can only be taken by persons or firms licensed or otherwise authorised by the Food Controller to receive delivery. Otherwise there are no restrictions on the importation into this country of foodstuffs from abroad.
