§ Dr. ADDISONA Bill to amend the Milk and Dairies (Consolidation) Act, 1915, which will deal, among other things, with powers affecting the supply and distribution of milk by local authorities, is in course of preparation. With regard to the second part of the question, I would refer the hon. Member to my right hon. Friend the President of the Board of Trade.
