Mr. HARMSWORTHAn exchange of Notes between His Majesty's Government and the United States Government, dealing with oil properties and mining rights in Mexico, took place in 1914. These2454W Notes were published in Parliamentary Paper Cd. 7463 in July, 1914. There has been no further exchange of correspondence of the nature indicated in the question.
