§ Mr. MACQUISTENasked the Secretary for Scotland whether his attention has been called to the fact that, owing to the limiation of the franchise under the Scottish Temperance Act, nearly half a million electors on the Parliamentary roll, who were, in fact, mostly ex-service men, were excluded from voting in the recent poll; and whether he will introduce a short Bill to entend the vote to all the electors on the Parliamentary roll?
