§ Sir A. SPROTasked the Minister of Transport if he is aware that the North British Railway Company have decided to discontinue the last trains from Dundee to Perth and from Perth do Dundee via, Kilmarny, thereby reducing the service on this line to three trains per day each way, this alteration being a contravention of the judgment given in the action brought by the Newburgh and North of Fife Railway Company against the North British Railway Company before the Railway and Canal Commission in 1911, whereby it was held that a time-table with three trains each way was insufficient, and that at least four trains should be provided; and if he will take steps to ensure the carrying out of the working agreement under which the North British Railway Company are running this line?
