WILLIAMSONNo, Sir; I am not prepared to alter the scale of retired pay for Royal Artillery officers granted commissions from the ranks during the War, which is based on combined service, in the ranks and commissioned, and is the same scale as for the Infantry and other branches of the Army in like cases.
