Friend the Member for the Cromac Division of Belfast (Mr. Lindsay), from which he will observe that my right hon. Friend the Minister of Transport has provisionally approved capital expenditure by the London and North Western Railway Company estimated at £258,500, involved in the execution of various works in the inner harbour at Holyhead.
