§ Sir J. CRAIGAs explained in the statement of the First Lord of the Admiralty which accompanied the Navy Estimates for 1920–21, a total sum of £19,077,000 was included in the Estimates for non-recurrent war liabilities or terminal charges. It is expected that this amount will be exceeded during the course of the year, and provision for the additional amount required will be included in a Supplementary Estimate.
