§ Mr. NEALThe supervisory staff in railway shops have already been granted revised scales of pay comparable with the agreed scales applicable to the other supervisory staff employed by the railway companies, and the companies would be prepared, if desired, to consider any proposals for a revision of conditions of service that might be presented jointly by agreement among the several bodies who claim to represent these men.
