§ Mr. FISHERThe use of the cinematograph for educational purposes is being carefully watched by the Board's officers and they are in touch with the Committee of the London County Council which is considering the matter. I am quite alive to its possibilities, but I should not feel justified at the present stage in pressing local educational authorities to incur expenditure at the present time on its introduction into the schools.
