§ Mr. NEALThe hon. and gallant Member is, I think, under a misapprehension. The Minister is taking possession under Section 3 of the Ministry of Transport Act, 1919, of such canal undertakings as make the necessary application. The fears expressed in the question have, I believe, been removed by the answers already given, including the one to my hon. and gallant Friend yesterday.
