Mr. PALMERasked the Prime Minister, if there has been any change in the attitude of His Majesty's Government towards Archbishop Mannix; and whether, in view of recent events, notably the declaration of Mr. Hughes, the Prime Minister of Australia, he can give the assurance that the archbishop will not only be prevented from landing in Ireland but that he will be refused asylum in England, and will be compelled to return to the United States without being permitted to land in this country?
