BOSCAWENAs regards the first part of the question, I regret that I have nothing to add to the answer which I gave to the hon. and gallant Member for South West Hull (Major Entwistle) on the 26th April last. As regards the second part of the question, I am afraid that it is not possible for me to say at present whether the Bill could be more advantageously introduced in another place.
