Wing, No. 39,398, 3rd battalion Rifle Brigade, who joined the Army under age and will not be 18 years of age until July, 1920, has had his application for discharge from the Army refused; and if he will reconsider the case, with a view to his discharge?
§ Mr. CHURCHILLThe application for the discharge of Rifleman Wing was refused after due consideration as the circumstances were not considered sufficient to justify his discharge. I am afraid I see no reason for reconsidering the case.
