HC Deb 28 April 1920 vol 128 cc1239-40W
Mr. RENDALL

asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether, as the result of the proposed repeal of the land value clauses, it will be necessary for solicitors any longer to continue to furnish (with conveyances sent to the Inland Reveue for stamping) particulars for having the Increment Value Duty stamp impressed; and, if not, on what date these particulars need no longer be delivered?

Mr. CHAMBERLAIN

The answer to the first part of the hon. Member's question is in the affirmative, and the second part does not, therefore, arise.
