HC Deb 28 April 1920 vol 128 c1247W
Colonel ASHLEY

asked the Minister of Pensions whether he will define the terms home treatment and course of treatment, and state the conditions under which a course of home treatment can be given and treatment allowance under Article 6 of the Royal Warrant paid, seeing that a man who is certified by the medical referee to be totally incapacitated through his pensionable disability, and who is actually in need of medical treatment at the hands of his private doctor before he is sufficiently recovered to return to his employment, may be excluded from the privileges of this article of the Royal Warrant under the provisions of Circular 204?

Major TRYON

I must refer my hon. and gallant Friend to previous answers which have been given to him on the subject of this Circular, and to the terms of the Circular itself.
