§ Dr. MACNAMARAI have been asked to reply to this question. I am sending my hon. and gallant Friend a list of the members of all trade boards, who number several hundreds. Every trade board is composed of equal numbers of representatives of employers and representatives of workers in the trade concerned, together with a small number of independent persons of standing appointed by me.
