§ Mr. NEALSome complaints of delay have recently been received. The difficulty appeared to be due to inadequate shipping space and not to any fault of the English or Irish railways. It is proposed that a conference of the cross channel steamship owners, including. certain English railway companies, should be held to consider the best means of overcoming the difficulty.
