Mr. HARMSWORTHThe Finnish Minister for Foreign Affairs, accompanied by the Chief of the Finnish General Staff, visited this country recently and spent a few days in London. He has now left for Paris and intends to proceed thence to Rome. The object of Dr. Holsti's visit was to discuss with the British, French and Italian Governments certain points connected with Finnish foreign policy, which naturally included the questions of the Aaland Islands and of Finland's relations with Soviet Russia.
