BARLOWThe Government scheme of training grants for ex-officers and men of similar educational qualifications applies to all persons of British nationality who served for an adequate qualifying period during the late War in naval, military or air forces of the Crown, for which payment was made out of monies voted by the Imperial Parliament. I am not prepared at this juncture to extend the scope of the scheme.
