§ Mr. PEASEThe question of converting these offices into branch offices, as recommended by the Holt Committee, was necessarily held in abeyance during the War. The matter is now again under review, and each case will be considered on its merits as occasion arises. It will, however, be necessary to have regard to the cost involved, and there are also many difficulties at the present time in the way of obtaining suitable buildings.
