§ Sir J. CRAIGThe answer to the first part of the question is in the negative. The War Pensions (Administrative Provisions) Act, 1919, which sets up the new tribunals, provides that no appeal shall lie in the case of any claim already heard and rejected by the existing appeal tribunals.
