§ Mr. LYNNasked the Chief Secretary for Ireland whether h s attention has been. directed to resolutions passed by governors of secondary schools in Ireland expressing alarm at the difficulty they experience in procuring the services of experienced teachers; whether he is aware 283W that this difficulty is due to the more attractive conditions of service in Great Britain; and whether he is in a position to state what steps the Government propose to take in order to bring the Irish system of education up to the standard which exists in Great Britain?
