§ Mr. FISHERI presume the hon. and gallant Member refers to the Committee of which lord Burnham is chairman. The members of the Committee are not appointed by me, but by the County Councils Association and the Associations of Municipal Corporations and Education Committees on the one side and by the National Union of Teachers on the other. I understand that five members of the Committee are women.
