§ Mr. ILLINGWORTHThere is no such refusal, but the purchaser should furnish the serial number of the certificates or particulars of the place and date of purchase. War Savings. Certificates which have been lost or inadvertently destroyed, and which can be identified from the particulars available, are replaced, under the Regulations, on payment of a fee of 1s.
