§ Mr. BRIDGEMANThe desirability of reopening the Patent Office Library in the evening has not been lost sight of, but there have been difficulties in making the necessary arrangements owing to depletion of staff. Arrangements will be made at the earliest possible date to keep the library open every evening for several additional hours.
