§ Viscount WOLMERasked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Board of Agriculture whether he can state the approximate average prices at which foreign hops are now being imported into this country?
§ Sir A. GEDDESI have been asked to reply. According to returns showing the quantity and value of hops imported into the United Kingdom during the period 1st to 18th November, the average price was £15 14s. 2d. per cwt. The corresponding average for the month of October was £14 7s. 4d., and for September £129s. 11d.
