§ MR. HAYDN JONESasked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Munitions whether he will arrange that huts, stores, and other property at Frongoch internment camp, county of Merioneth, shall be offered for sale by public auction on the spot, and in small lots, in order that residents of the district may have an opportunity of purchasing and in order also that the cost of removal may be saved?
Mr. HOPEThe Frongoch internment camp has not yet been notified to the Disposal Board as available for disposal, but when it is so notified it will first be offered to the Ministry of Health. If it is not required by that Department arrangements will then be made to dispose of the huts and materials by auction on the spot in small lots in accordance with the usual practice.
