asked the Lord Privy Seal whether he has now arranged that questions to the Secretary for Scotland will be placed earlier on the Order Paper on Tuesdays, or whether he has made any other arrangement that may satisfactorily meet the situation?

I do not think that any change is necessary at present. The questions addressed to my right hon. Friend the Secretary for Scotland have been regularly reached since my hon. Friend asked his previous question.
